With our excellent stock availability and highly efficient stores we provide a fast and reliable delivery service to fulfil your requirements, however urgent they may be. Our vans cover an ever-growing proportion of the surrounding areas and further afield we use couriers which match our high standards in their conduct and punctuality. Standard delivery is two days unless next day is requested. We also have the capability to perform same day delivery for an extra charge. We want to make your life easier so we endeavour to do what you want, when you want it. Van Delivery: Our fleet of vans cover a 100 mile radius across the majority of the surrounding areas at least twice a week. From Salisbury to Bridgend, Birmingham to Weston-super-Mare, we are never far from you. Our drivers are all polite and obliging, displaying our company's core values wherever they are. They will leave your goods where you require, whether it is upstairs or downstairs, inside or outside, they will make sure it stored where you want it and how you want it. They want to make your life as easy as possible. They are also on hand to answer any questions you may have and to solve any problems you have got. We can offer assembly of equipment supplied by us and will remove all the packaging from site. Courier Delivery: Obviously, we can't be everywhere at once! Where we can't get to, we make sure someone else can. Using only the best courier firms means that we can maintain our high standards of service wherever you may be based. The couriers are contractually obliged to delivery direct to your door, and will leave your goods where you would like them, inside your front door. Pallets are removed at the time of delivery if requested. If there is any dissenting we will be quick to resolve the problems, dealing directly with the couriers Head Quarters. Returns: If ever the goods aren't up to your expected standard, or are faulty or damaged, we will arrange for them to be collected at the next available oppurtunity. The goods will then be inspected upon arrival to our warehouse and the credit note/ replacement will be issued.
