QCL-FTIR Quantum Cascade Lasers Technology

The Quantum Casacde Laser is created by passing an electric field to a chip and as electrons pass through the layers photons are emitted. QCL material is deposited in very thin layers to create A Layer substrate. Light of a single wavelength is emitted from the laser cavity as it becomes resonant within laser wavelength.
