HSF High-Speed Friction Feeder

The HSF separates folding cartons from the stack. An electromechanical or ultrasound-based sensing system ensures that the packaging units are correctly separated. The cartons are then fed by two parallel conveyor belts to the printing station where they are marked as required, for instance with serialisation data in the form of linear barcodes or data matrix codes and text.Depending on customers requirements, the unit can be equipped with thermal printers, laser marking units or label printing and dispensing systems.
