As Dean Marsh prepares for his early retirement, we would like to recognise his significant contribution to Helapet. His unwavering commitment, leadership, and high standards have played a vital role in shaping our organisation, and we are proud to reflect on his successful tenure with us.

A Legacy of Leadership and Innovation

Dean joined Helapet on 30th March 2009 as Operations Manager, overseeing Warehouse, Quality, and Supply Chain operations. His role expanded in 2012 to include Manufacturing, during which he led the company’s relocation to Lister House. This pivotal move involved the construction and validation of two cleanroom suites, setting up a new warehousing system, and establishing brand-new offices.

On 1st March 2022, Dean was appointed to the Helapet Board of Directors as Operations Director, further solidifying his influence and leadership within the company.

Key Achievements

Over 16 years, Dean has led numerous transformational initiatives, helping to establish Helapet as a leader in its field. Some of his key achievements include:

• Spearheading the ISO 13485:2016 certification, which was successfully obtained in 2019.
• Managing our transition audits from the Medical Device Directive, positioning Helapet for the Medical Device Regulation accreditation.
• Leading critical operational improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

A Fond Farewell

To honour Dean’s remarkable contributions, we recently held a company coffee morning, where we presented him with gifts and a handsome cake as small tokens of appreciation for his hard work and dedication.

Dean has been an invaluable part of Helapet, and his leadership has left a lasting impact. We sincerely thank him for his service and wish him all the very best in this exciting new chapter of his life.
