Medical Records Packages

The services provided by Medical Records UK can be organised into three packages; ‘Primary’, ‘Intermediate’ and ‘Advanced’. All packages include identifying missing records, scanning and sending medical records electronically, encrypted to military standards. We aim to return the sorted, paginated, indexed medical records bundle, plus any other documentation requested, within Fourteen days unless otherwise advised. These packages can be tailored to meet individual requirements.
