Sending Your Records Electronically

On completion, the sorted records are scanned and provided electronically as a fully searchable PDF document. The chronology is linked to the medical records so that any entry in the chronology can be clicked to link directly to the relevant page of the medical records. Any other reports on a case, which refer to the medical records, can also be sent to us to be linked to the medical records in the same way. These electronic files are encrypted to military standards and can only be accessed once individual authorisation has been granted. We aim to return the sorted, paginated, indexed medical records bundle plus any other documentation you have requested e.g. chronology, within Fourteen days unless otherwise advised.
