Cell Counters

The NucleoCounter® automatic cell counters use the well-known methods of staining cell nuclei with propidium iodide and subsequent fluorescence microscopy, implemented into a small, highly advanced fluorescence microscope combined with a CCD camera and hardware-based image analysis. For counting a precoated disposable NucleoCassette™ is used. The combination of speed, precision and user-safety makes it ideal for advanced research tasks and routine measurements in cell counting.
