- ScanMed Medical Customer Support Centre offers a wide variety of support options from basic maintenance, to full service agreements to suit each application. - Our main goal is to achieve the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction though a total quality system defined by accreditation to ISO 9002. - For a prompt response to your enquires, a telephone support line is open Monday to Friday from 9.00 - 17.00 with out of hours support available to customers who have agreements in place. - Our aim is to develop long-term relationships with all our customers. We endeavour to achieve this by providing a 48-hour turn around service, which ensures maximum usage of your equipment.
