Multiple TEM Grid Staining Systems

mPrep/g Grid Staining Capsules (C415). Each polypropylene capsule holds 2 grids securely and uses only 40µl of reagent making them ideal for immuno staining. Can be fitted to multipipettors so up to 24 grids can be stained at one time. Capsules can be used for storage or can be re-used (autoclavable). This system results in less damage, fewer lost grids and accurate reagent delivery. A Grid Staining System (G270) for 1-25 grids at one time, consisting of a numbered grid holder and handle, cover and staining vessels. Designed for aqueous solutions, the system greatly reduces accidental damage, ensures consistent staining and rinse times and has a simple alpha-numeric numbering of each grid. Gridstick (G088) is another economical and simple device for staining multiples of grids within a modified pipette. The device can take up to 10 grids held by an adhesive which withstands all organic solvents. The grids are attached by tweezers and can be processed in situ throughout staining, washing and drying procedures. Because the grids are held in the same plane as the reagent flow, the danger of broken support films is greatly reduced.
