Irrigation Systems

Ultrawave's irrigation systems are designed to ensure that hollow instruments and components can be cleaned efficiently and effectively in an ultrasonic cleaner. Developing our experience and expertise gained in cleaning hollow instruments in the healthcare sector, we are able to specify and design irrigation and manifold systems to ensure that both the internal and external surfaces of hollow instruments are subject to the ultrasonic cleaning activity.By connecting pump systems to manifolds mounted on the baskets, Ultrawave's customised ultrasonic cleaning systems can include irrigation and flushing systems to clean hollow instruments and components. We are able to design and supply manifold and connecting luers to accommodate a range of different size components in the same tank.
