Here at Welland Medical (Leicester) we were originally formed formed in 1988 and we are one of the largest independent manufacturers of healthcare equipment and mobility aids within the United Kingdom.

Welland are one of a diminishing number of true UK manufacturers left - all of our healthcare products and mobility aids are manufactured “in house” at our Leicester based factory, and all of our components are UK sourced.

We are manufacturers of cost effective, high quality healthcare equipment which is suitable for use by professional health and social care establishments, private nursing homes/hospitals,local authorities, pharmacies, retail dealers as well as the general public.
