Communication is an important element to our service. We have the ability to take orders either by email, online or over the phone. So you are welcome to use each option.

When we receive an order, we aim to dispatch it the same day (if the order is received by 4pm), we can also email you an automated tracking number if requested, so the parcel is able to be tracked until delivery to the customer address.
