Hazelwood Care Home is situated within the beautiful countryside of Longfield in Kent. Our home features 50 tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms and offers superb Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite Care for residents on a 24-hour basis.
The care we provide is personalised to each individual to ensure the care being received is both accurate and effective.
