This substrate, for sensitive chemiluminescence detection, has been developed for use with the new Celvin Western blot system. It is a luminol-based substrate for detection of small quantities of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) on western blots. It is easy to apply and the sensitivity ensures short exposure times. It is suitable for detection with films and camera-based chemiluminescence systems. A 50ml bottle is sufficient for about 10 mini gel blots. Labcare and BioStep would like to offer western blot users the chance to try this new substrate.
