On-site support service for Famos heat sealers

Westfield Medical engineers are equipped to carry out on-site servicing, calibration and repairs for Famos heat sealers and sterilisation department equipment. Famos recommend a heat sealer service and calibration every year. Included in the service is the replacement of the rubber transport belts, the Teflon insulation strips on the brass heating bars and the Teflon rubbing strips on the aluminium guide bars. If these items are not replaced, tiny particles of rubber, brass and aluminium will eventually contaminate any packaging material passing through the machine.
